Controller - Hospitality- Mississauga

• Managing operations of the finance and accounting team
• Prepare all financial statements and present to senior leadership and board of directors
• Ensure financial systems and processes are improving when necessary
• Provide strategic insight to management for decision making
• Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance across regulatory reporting and auditing process
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors
• Handles direct and indirect tax filings and ensures regulations are met

• CPA Designation
• BA in Finance or a related field is required (MBA preferred)
• 8 + year's of experience in Accounting and Finance
• Financial reporting and consolidation experience
• Strong Knowledge and experience in adhering to US GAAP and SOX
• Ability to manage all operations relating to accounting duties
• Excellent Microsoft Suite Skills
• Preferred experience in Oracle
