About the Role
Reporting to the finance leadership team, this position is responsible for managing property and asset accounting, preparing accurate financial and regulatory reports, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
What You'll Do
- Oversee property and fixed asset records, including tracking, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Manage the preparation of financial statements, depreciation schedules, and related reporting requirements.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Lead initiatives to improve reporting processes, system enhancements, and audit readiness.
- Provide guidance and oversight to team members on accounting policies and procedures.
