A private investigation office in Montreal is looking for an administrative assistant who will also be in charge of business development and supervision of the analyst team.
This is a role that will start as a temporary mandate and become permanent if the fit is there.

Responsibilities
- Routine administrative tasks
- Respond to emails, calls
- Supervision of the analyst / researcher team
- Handling / preparation of confidential documents
- Follow-up of customer files
- Billing
- Participate in conferences and do business development.
Qualifications
- Perfectly bilingual
- Excellent written and oral communication in both languages
- Neat and professional presentation
- DEC in legal administration, criminology or secretarial work or bachelor's degree in research, an asset
- Resourceful, intuitive, proactive, objective, ambitious, integrity, honesty, reliable, responsible, good listener.
- Willingness to learn
- Open to non-standard working hours as needed
- Strong mentality, stability
- Tech savvy ( laptop / cell phone)
