A company in the real estate sector is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Saint-Léonard
We are seeking a bilingual, versatile, and self-sufficient individual. If you also have an interest in real estate, this opportunity is sure to catch your attention!
You will support the Controller in all administrative tasks and act as the main point of contact for tenants.
You’ll be working in a family-style environment with a small, close-knit team of three people. This position is to be filled as soon as possible.

What We Offer – Administrative Assistant Position in Saint-Léonard
- Permanent full-time position
- Monday to Friday schedule, 37.5 hours per week
- Salary between $48,000 and $55,000, depending on experience
- 4 weeks of paid vacation : 2 weeks during the holiday season (Christmas) and 2 weeks during the construction holidays
- Located in East Montreal Saint-Léonard with free on-site parking
