Responsibilities of a Dubai Real Estate Agent include :

Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting residential properties
Keeping up to date with market trends and regulations to provide informed advice
Generate leads through innovative strategies including social media, telesales, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.
Assist in negotiating contracts and finalising deals
Develop a strong network to foster lasting relationships and drive growth
Organise and follow up on property viewings to ensure exceptional service

The ideal candidate will have…

Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills

Self-motivated and able to work well both independently and as part of a team

A valid driving license is required

Proficiency in English is essential, knowledge of an additional language would be beneficial

Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential, we eagerly welcome motivated individuals who are keen to progress.
