Are you a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatrist looking to make a significant impact in the mental health field? Look no further! Our esteemed medical group is seeking a talented and empathetic Psychiatrist to join our team and help us enhance the lives of our patients.

Location Options :

Work from our well-equipped clinics in Ottawa or GTA or embrace the virtual care model from the comfort of your own home.

Duties :

As a Psychiatrist at Appletree Medical Group, you can provide psychiatric care on your own flexible schedule and your services can be provided to the patients either in-clinic or through our easy-to-use Virtual Care platform.

In both cases, you will have dedicated staff to take care of all admin tasks and you can make use of our note automation tools to reduce charting time.

• Because we are a large group with a lot of patient flow, you can choose the types of cases you would like to see.
• You do not need to provide the full spectrum of care or to be open to all case types. For example, we have a large need in the area of uncomplicated Anxiety and Depression.

Many patients will not start or be compliant with their medications without a Psychiatrist's opinion or reassurance.

Other areas include opinions on medication adjustments or alternatives.

Qualifications :

• Registered with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
• Specialty certification in psychiatry from the Royal College of Physicians of Canada.
