Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities :

• Participate in agile squad ceremonies to review and understand documented user stories
• Collaborate with other developers on the team to analyze, design and implement new features / services / applications that adhere to change management practices
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and documentation, deep diving into code and troubleshooting issues that arise to determine root cause
• Ensure high code quality through automated unit and functional testing
• Work within a talented team comprised of technical, product and business team members to deliver exception solutions
• Stay open-minded and look beyond your stack to solve complex problem
• You will actively seek out knowledge about new technologies and see how they can be used to solve current and foreseeable challenges

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics of engineering with 5+ years of development experience
• 5+ years Salesforce Development / Lead and Web development experience
• Deep understand of Salesforce Platform to design, build, test, and deploy solutions that may include point-and-click configurations, flows, APEX triggers, Custom Web Services, Visualforce pages, Lightning (Aura and LWC)
• Strong hands-on experience in developing with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), Sales Cloud & Financial Service Cloud
• Expertise in system integrations using REST / SOAP API, event based patterns, real-time and batch based solutions
• Demonstrated experience with Change Management / DevOps processes, and ability to utilize Version Management & Source control tools (GIT)
• Highly confident in utilization of Visual Studio Code and Salesforce DX
• Able to work flexible hours to collaborate with Global IT and business team members

It would be great if you also had :

• Experience with Microsoft .NET platform, T-SQL queries / stored procedures, Oracle PL-SQL
• Experience with data migration initiatives
• Experience implementation CRM solutions in the financial sector, building new orgs from scratch
• Previous exposure to Capital Market / Wealth Management domains
