As Executive Assistant within General Medicines Canada, you’ll help find new, innovative ways to control sales and operating expenses.

Main responsibilities :

Facilitates the adoption of Agile Ways of Working by the Commercial teams. Lead the implementation, communication and overall project management of important business processes

Support all steps of omnichannel asset creation / adaptation

Ensures appropriate referencing, documentation, translation, tracking approvals and Promo Mats process, and appropriate archiving in accordance with Sanofi SOPs, IMC regulations and PAAB / ASC approval process management.

Supports the onboarding process for new hires including IT / equipment / SOP / ilearn, and the maintenance of accurate information in Sanofi systems (SAP profile creation, computer request, Sanofi access card request, etc.

including internal and contract (CSO) employees.

Supports all aspects of financial tools for Head Office.

About you

Minimal CEGEP diploma - business / finance preferably.

Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced business environment.

2 to 3 years in project management preferable.

Experience with Veeva 4M Promo Mats and SharePoint preferred, MS Teams, Zoom.

Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems and make decisions to enhance organizational effectiveness;

ability to undertake self-directed tasks, when necessary, ability to work in collaboration with other coordinators in a seamless way

Excellent time management and project management skills
