DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Product team at Circle Medical Technologies. As we continue to grow, we are constantly searching for exceptional talent to be a part of our team.
This position will be based out of our offices in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage the product life cycle from discovery through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Develop and prioritize the product roadmap based on business impact and consumer insights
- Break down strategies and features into actionable user stories for the development team
- Align product strategy with OKRs and communicate progress through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, operations, and clinical teams to drive product development
- Lead a data-driven development process, leveraging user research and analytics to inform decisions
- Communicate product releases and their impact to both internal teams and external stakeholders
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Ability to quickly design and launch MVPs to validate hypotheses
- Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative
- Ability to prioritize resources and lead them for maximum impact
- Ability to estimate, deliver and measure impact
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years of work experience and 3+ years as a product manager in B2C software
- Demonstrated impact in one or more of the following areas : consumer web apps, electronic medical records, support, and / or infrastructure
- Experience with healthcare or wellness
- Familiarity with development tools like Figma and GitHub
WHAT WILL GIVE YOU AN EDGE
- Proven track record with other startups or VC-funded companies
- Strong technical skills including SQL
- Strong Product Design or User-Experience Design skills
COMPENSATION
In alignment with our values, Circle Medical has transparent salaries based on output levels, and options to trade cash for stock.
This is a full-time, salaried position with an annual salary range of CAD $128,000 to $154,000 plus generous vacation, and full medical / dental benefits.
