Other Skills : Strong presentation and facilitation skills.Proficiency in using training software and tools.Strong organizational and project management skills. Certifications : Relevant certifications in training and development are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
- Deliver Training Sessions : Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for employees, ensuring they acquire the skills and knowledge required for their roles.
- Support Employees : Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees, helping them apply new skills and knowledge in their daily tasks.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness : Assess the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and assessments, making necessary adjustments to improve training quality.
- Coordinate Training Logistics : Manage the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, room setup, and technology requirements.
- Identify Skill Gaps : Work with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs within the designated group of employees.
- Foster Continuous Learning : Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement among employees.
