We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Multifamily Superintendent to oversee the construction of 4 to 6-storey wood frame buildings with parkades in Calgary.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Implement safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among the project team.
Qualifications :
- Project Management Experience
- Proficient at reading blueprints, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
- Represent the company with integrity and professionalism at all times.
- Prioritize safety and enforce safety protocols on-site.
- Maintain a clean and organized construction site.
Compensation :
- Salary : $120,000 - $140,000 annually
