Who We’re Looking For :

We have an exciting opportunity for an Implementation Project Manager with a demonstrated track record in SaaS implementations.

In this role your project responsibilities will include project and stakeholder management, assist the gathering of client requirements, ensure that the configuration of Avanti’s solution is on time and meets the client’s needs, set and manage client expectations, proactively identify risks and communicate issues to the appropriate Account Manager or relevant stakeholders.

You enjoy variety and the challenge of leading, managing and performing tasks on both major software implementations and ad hoc projects.

You will operate as a dedicated client advocate who leads, develops and executes implementation plans for Avanti products & solutions to ensure our clients are successful.

You are a quick study, able to learn new products and processes easily, and you enjoy leveraging that knowledge to help clients take advantage of new solutions provided by a game-changing software company.

You are technically oriented with expert organizational skills, strong presentation skills and exemplary project management skills.

You can train users effectively in a variety of environments, with a strong passion in solutioning to drive change to business outcomes.

You must be client-obsessed with strong communication and analytical skills. You must be able to articulate value, inspire and be comfortable consulting and collaborating with our clients remotely or in-person.

What You’ll Do :

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently within scope, time and on budget
  • Manage day-to-day aspects and tasks of the projects assigned
  • Track projects against the project plan, manage risks in a timely manner, prepare actions plans, and escalate when appropriate
  • Manage customer expectations, including reviewing customer deliverables, and items in scope
  • Define and manage out of scope requests and changes
  • Manage all implementation related issues, ensuring that all of them are followed through to completion
  • Provide regular status reporting and meet with clients regularly to discuss project progress, outstanding project tasks and risks
  • Responsible for project budgets and forecasting
  • Analyze documentation received from clients and respond as needed
  • Report project progress to internal Senior Managers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (i.e., Software Development, Client Care, Account Management, Sales, etc.) to ensure efficient and effective system configuration, development, testing, billing, training and implementation are executed
  • Provide support to the Sales team during the pre-sales cycle to give prospective and existing clients insight into implementation processes.

You’ll provide guidance on how various challenges may be resolved, enabling the team to hit their targets.

Build and maintain a positive, collaborative relationship across all disciplines, while ensuring that key business drivers are addressed

What You Bring to the Table :

  • Seasoned Project Manager with 3-5 years of similar experience managing implementation projects
  • Experience in managing SaaS implementation projects or other implementation and delivery type roles
  • Technical understanding / Business Acumen not afraid to question and investigate so that challenges can be resolved quickly
  • Leadership aptitude, autonomous
  • Client-focused - must be an active listener and great negotiator
  • Attentive to details
  • Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • High ownership, very organized, methodical and a problem-solver
  • Strong ability to influence and hold people accountable to project scope and timelines
  • Can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Great presentation skills
  • Excellent communicator including written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of MS office is a must
