Hourly Rate: 19+/hr.
Location: Calgary-in office 5 days/week

Our client in the building material industry is looking for an accounts payable clerk to cover a maternity leave. The right candidate will report into the accounting manager and be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
Responsibilities
Process and code vendor invoices
Prepare and issue payments (cheque, EFT, credit card)
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate vendor records and files
Assist with month-end and audit support
Qualifications
2+ years of accounts payable experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
Strong organizational and communication skills
