More specifically, in your day-to-day work, you'll take care of the immediate needs of our entrepreneurs and make sure their businesses have the right tools to help them succeed.
Your role goes beyond simply meeting an initial need and providing excellent service. It's our job to take an interest in the business owner's story, challenges and goals, and to provide them with value-added experiences by offering them solutions and alternatives that are in their best interests.

What you bring to the table
High school diplomas in a related field
At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Experience with entrepreneurship and / or knowledge of the business community
Experience in the banking or financial sector
Knowledge of French is required
Available to work Monday to Friday between 8 : 00 a.m. and 8 : 00 p.m. and Saturday between 8 : 00 a.m. and 4 : 30 p.m.
