My client in the real estate sector. Is looking for a Property Administrator to join their Operations team in Montreal. As a Property Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the operations team of their residential portfolio, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient administrative processes.
Responsibilities :
Assist the Regional Operations Manager in rent collections, expense tracking, and reconciliations, including handling proceedings at the Tribunal administratif du logement (TAL).
Generate regular property performance reports and participate in lease audits as directed by the Regional Operations Manager.
Maintain accurate records of lease terms, rent payments, and other lease-related information.
Provide exceptional customer service through prompt and effective communication.
Electronically file all leasing documents and input new lease information and renewals into Yardi once approved.
Add additional charges to tenant accounts as necessary and prepare bank deposits.
Step in as a replacement for a Property Manager when required due to absence.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate administration or a related field.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software such as Hopem, Yardi, etc.
Fluent in both English and French languages.
