What will you do?
Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more, but we can discuss those in person.
- Provide administrative support to the Leasing Team including reports, lease documentation, preparation of offers to lease and all other documentation required by the Leasing Team;
- Updating Broker contacts in contacts database;
- Maintaining Lease document tracking status database and ordering floor plans through space plan provider;
- Organize and distribute information (floor plans, marketing materials) to brokers and tenants as required;
- Preparation of accurate & timely vacancy report and other internal reporting as required;
- Fielding calls on general leasing inquiries from industry contacts on behalf of the Leasing Team.
- Assist leasing team in achieving lease objectives and maintaining good relationships with tenants, brokers and industry contacts;
- Maintain vacancy listings on the website and update monthly availability report and / or other data management functions;
- Assist in the coordination, production, and distribution of all leasing marketing materials and initiatives including broker and tenant functions, brochures, and all other marketing materials as required;
- Work with other internal departments (Property Management, Construction etc.) as required on related issues;
What type of experience and skills do you have?

- A University / College degree in Business or a related field;
- We ask that you have 3+ years related experience with exposure to the brokerage community and REIT / Landlord side of the business is an asset;
- Previous JD Edwards experience an asset; and
- Proficient in a variety of software programs (including Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook, Adobe Acrobat).
