Leasing Associate

JOB SUMMARY :

A Leasing Associate leads the sales efforts of an apartmentmunity, attaining leasing goals while building rapport with prospects and residents. The Leasing Associate generates interest while taking an active role in the external marketing and advertising of vacancies. The Leasing Associate provides a positive and lasting influence on visitors, prospects and residents, highlighting the quality of ourmunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Tour prospects and answer questions about the property, amenities, and the localmunity.
• Explain lease information, qualify prospects and build interest to drive the lease closing process.
• plete lease / renewal paperwork to ensurepliance topany standards.
• Ensure and monitor all traffic entering CRM / Inbound Channels to track leasing activities.
• Walk apartment units prior to showings for prospects and occupancy by residents.
• Deliver 5-star service to residents to exceed their expectations, while maintaining resident retention.
• Perform required office activities and coordinate paperwork related to leasing with organization, planning and a great attention to detail.
• Maintain renter’s insurancepliance perpany policies and procedures.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly leasing activity reports, as required.
• Shoppetition to keep abreast of local market conditions and submit Weekly Market Survey.
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
