Le titulaire du poste de Spécialiste adjoint, Opérations ressources humaines chez Keurig Dr Pepper Canada est responsable d’appuyer le modèle de service et les initiatives des RH de l’entreprise en mettant en œuvre et en administrant les processus opérationnels de base identifiés en matière de RH.
Ce que vous ferez :
- Agir directement sur l’expérience des employés : Support dans la résolution de diverses situations vécues par les employés et gestionnaires. Collaborer avec différentes parties prenantes pour promouvoir les programmes RH auprès des employés.
- Administrer les dossiers d’invalidité : Gérer efficacement les dossiers en collaboration avec les parties concernées, en favorisant un retour au travail durable.
- Maîtriser nos systèmes RH : Assurer la conformité des dossiers dans Workday.
- Gestion de projets et de processus : Participer aux initiatives d’amélioration continue.
