Rejoignez notre équipe en tant que Spécialiste de la fidélisation patient - rappels et participez à une mission où chaque appel contribue à améliorer la santé visuelle de nos patients !

Ce que vous ferez au quotidien :

Créer des connexions humaines : contacter les patients de Visique et BonLook pour planifier leurs rendez-vous.
Comprendre leurs besoins : identifier leurs attentes en matière de lunetterie et de santé visuelle.
Collaborer avec les cliniques : répondre aux questions et préoccupations des patients.
Aller au-delà des attentes : surpasser les objectifs en matière d’appels, de taux de conversion et de prises de rendez-vous.

Le profil idéal :

Bilingue (français / anglais) , pour interagir avec nos patients et nos cliniques.

Expérience avérée en rappels et une vraie passion pour le contact client .

Sens de l’organisation et excellente gestion du temps .

Connaissance de base de l’évaluation des besoins en lunetterie et en santé visuelle .

Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite .

Familiarité avec la couverture de la santé oculaire provinciale .

Disponibilité pour des horaires flexibles, incluant des soirées et week-ends occasionnels .
