- Manage the construction activities on large educational and industrial projects.
- Oversee the on-site construction operations, including every aspect from safety to client interface, procurement, quality, and execution.

- At least 7 years of construction experience with a strong understanding of pressure piping code requirements and TSSA standards.
- Proven track record of seamlessly executing complex projects, building trust and respect among stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal), coupled with effective listening and negotiation abilities.
- Determinate and resilient with an adaptability in overcoming challenges and maintaining focus under pressure.
- College or university degree, complemented by a strong background of experiences including knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Preference given to those with a mechanical engineering degree and strong understanding of HVAC, mechanical processes, piping, underground electrical conduits, steam, etc.
