What you'll do

Position title : SAP iXp Intern - Digital Supply Chain Marketing & Communications

Location : Toronto, ON

Expected start date : March 2025

Duration : 6-8 months

We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented intern to join our team and assist the Digital Supply Chain Planning lead with logistics for our Customer Success Day (CSD) program. These events are designed to help SAP customers maximize value, drive adoption, and foster peer-to-peer collaboration. As an intern, you'll gain invaluable experience in event planning, communications, and customer engagement while working on high-impact initiatives.

Draft and edit both internal and external event-related communications, including newsletters, customer invitations, follow-up emails, visitor guides, etc.

Assist with tasks leading up to an event such as creating microsites, name badges, customer introduction decks, customer networking dinner research, etc.

Compile insights and feedback from past events to inform future programming.

SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 18.00 - 36.00 CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
