Senior Insurance Operations Specialist Policy Review

We will count on you to :
- Be responsible for quality transactions, seamless client service and quality of work product
- Review simple to complex policy wordings (mid-term endorsements, audits and adjustments) across various industry segments;
achieved by comparing certified policy and / or binder to policy issuance request as per established best practices
- Maintain a solid understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation
- Understand the needs and expectations of Marsh external clients and ensure the delivery of quality service to colleagues and client teams
- Manage escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessary
- Build and maintain relationships at the appropriate level with client, client teams and peers to ensure effective execution in post placement services
- Provide assistance to Operations Team Leaders by acting as a point of escalation as required
- Identify opportunities for improvement within operational processes and work with colleagues and Operations Services Team Leaders to deliver improvements
- Remain current by understanding and following all Marsh compliance, professional and transparency standards
What you need to have :
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years’ experience in Insurance, Finance, Accounting, or closely related field
- Intermediate Insurance knowledge in one or two product families which can allow ability to review simple to complex core commercial coverages
- Strong communication skills - Clear and concise oral and written communication
- Exceptional time management skills
- Attention to detail is critical to ensure we are providing accurate information to our client team partners
- Ability and aptitude to conduct research
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Knowledge of basic Excel formulas, pivot tables, and Outlook organization is beneficial

- Broker License, other certification or licenses as required by jurisdictions
- Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation
