Responsibilities :
DataDriven Strategic Recommendations (30%) : Provide actionable datainsights to the Global Operations Strategy team formulatingstrategies to drive longterm business value.
Collaborate closelywith teams maintaining communication throughout the reportingprocess and champion the adoption of new tools and techniques toenhance analyticscapabilities.
Data Management Expertise (50%) : Lead data validation consolidationand cleansing efforts addressing data quality issues and improvingthe efficiency of data processes.
Drive innovation in datamanagement automate processes and work with business partners totransform requests into valuabledeliverables.
Ad Hoc Reporting and Analytics (20%) : Develop visualizationsreports and dashboards to support strategic initiatives ensuringdata effectively measures the success of Global Operations.
Promotebusiness intelligence tool adoption and align reporting with keystakeholders.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
University degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics ScienceEngineering Computer Science).
5years of experience in data analytics data mining orstatistics.
Proficiency with datavisualization tools (e.g. Power BI TableauQlikview).
Experience withanalysis packages and programming languages such as SQL R Pythonand / or SAS.
Strong communicationand presentation skills with the confidence to engage withexecutives and senior management.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities capable ofpresenting complex informationconcisely.
Ability to workindependently taking ownership of key analytical projects withminimal supervision.
Provenability to build strategic partnerships and collaborate effectivelywith internal clients andvendors.
Knowledge of Big Dataplatforms and tools (e.g. Hadoop Spark) is aplus.
Ability to evaluate thefeasibility and practicality of ideas taking a balanced riskapproach.
Comfortable workingunder pressure in highstakesenvironments.
