Role and responsibilities

Under the responsibility of the Project Management Expert Manager, the incumbent will have the

objective of building a project management office for our client and will be responsible for :

• Support and advise management on project management
• Design, develop and propose to management the appropriate strategies which will allow the establishment of a methodological benchmark and a framework for developing project management skills according to international standards
• Research, recommend and implement best practices in project management.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in business administration or mechanical, electrical, civil or industrial engineering. Asset : Master's degree in project management, PMP certification

Years of experience : Min 8 years of experience in setting up the standards and procedures of a project management office / PMO’.

Experience in the field of transportation or construction (An asset)

Technical competencies :

• Very good knowledge of project management concepts and standards, including those of the Project Management Institute (PMI);
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite;
• French

Employment terms and conditions

Contract nature : Permanent with Systra Canada and contractual (12 to 18 months) with the client

Location : Montreal Québec - Canada - Hybrid

Division : Transit

Reports to : Head of department

Remuneration : According to profile
