We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Partnership Manager to oversee and enhance our programmatic advertising partnerships. This role requires a blend of strategic account management, operational oversight, and data-driven analysis to drive revenue growth and optimize partner performance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, and ad serving technologies.

Your day-to-day

• Account Management: Serve as the primary liaison for day-to-day interactions with demand partners, including SSP, DSPs and other related partners. Manage the setup, execution, and optimization of new demand partners in SpringServe. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance and delivery.
• Business Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze revenue trends across programmatic channels. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales & Operations, Product, Project Management) to streamline operations and enhance partner integrations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in programmatic advertising.
• Strategic Partnership Development: Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and onboard new demand partners. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform partnership strategies. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to foster relationships and promote offerings.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a focus on account management and operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
• Hands-on experience with ad servers (e.g., SpringServe) and familiarity with SSPs and DSPs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
