Job descriptionFollow-up of projects from start to finish (research, preparation of presentation books, booking, schedule, pitch, preparation of shoots, etc.); Assist producers with research, booking, permissions, schedules and production calendars; Communicate with producers and various teams (production / video / audio post-production), suppliers and employees (DOP, DA, stylists, etc.); Welcoming artists, clients, crew and suppliers to the studio; Coordination of project casting (research, data sheets, requests to agents, etc.); Preparation of fittings and shooting materials (sets, costumes); Coordination of various legal documents (liability releases, insurance documents, AQTIS documents, etc.); Coordination of invoices and purchase orders with the Finance department; Assist and take notes at production meetings. Experience in a similar position in advertising' production; Excellent knowledge of GSuite and Microsoft Office suite; Strong organizational skills. Week of July 22; August 19 to September 6; Possibility of adding the following weeks - July 29 to August 16.
