Receptionist Bilingual (On Site)
Job description
IO Solutions is looking to fill the position of Bilingual Receptionist for its Montreal office. As the first point of contact for our customers, employees, candidates and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating positive impressions and ensuring a good experience for those who come to the reception desk.
This full-time opportunity offers stability and regular hours, from 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., Monday to Friday, from our offices at 5000 Buchan Street, Montreal.

Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls
- Take messages and forward them to recipients
- Distribute incoming mail
- Welcome / direct visitors
- Ensure access security protocols are respected
- Activate / deactivate site access
- Manage loan of equipment and access cards
- Manage billing for lost equipment
- Assist Human Resources with administrative tasks
- Carry out reference checks on applicants
- Perform any other related tasks
Qualifications
- Fluently bilingual (English and French)
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Office suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Neat and professional appearance
- Dynamic and cheerful
- Punctual
- Good organizational and sense of discretion
