KeyResponsibilities :
Assisting the HSE Professional withinspections and incidentalinvestigations
Managingdocuments (ie. data entry SMC entries taking minutes filingetc.)
Assisting with theorientation of newemployees
Developing oftraining materials
Reviewingpaperwork (ie. PSI tailgate meetings safework procedure trendanalysis)
Monitoring andmaintaining the environmentalprogram
Recognizing andfollowing the companys and local legislativerequirements
Analyzingsitespecific trends and incidents and reporting findings todistrict
Gathering / reviewing / distributingsafetyrelated statisticalinformation
Interpretingcommunicating and reinforcing project safety standards toworkforce
RequiredQualifications :
Ability to implement HSE programelements and safe operatingprocedures
Knowledge ofenvironmental requirements and the ability to implement systemswhich meetcompliance
Ability to planand employ preventative measures to reduce the risks of exposure tohazards
The ability todetermine the cause of an incident and to initiate and implementcorrective action to prevent the likelihood ofrecurrence
Excellentcommunication skills (written andverbal)
