Is this role right for you?

In this role, you will :

  • Support reviews of the IB Project Portfolio in terms of health, risks, issues and dependencies across all areas and countries
  • Collaborate on the delivery of the portfolio prioritization methodology by : Assessing opportunity areas Conducting reviews to prioritize the portfolio based on alignment to the Bank’s strategic priorities
  • Support the implementation and management of portfolio management methodologies by acting as a trusted advisor and liaison with leaders and teams across Enterprise Governance, Enterprise Strategy and Local / Country’s Portfolio Management Offices, as well as Delivery / Project Managers
  • Contribute to identify and address change requirements for processes and initiatives to improve IB’s business performance and portfolio governance
  • Manage the maintenance and deployment of portfolio management tool (CA PPM) and processes to provide a reliable, controlled environment for project and portfolio reporting, including
  • Supporting internal operational processes required for portfolio integrity (e.g., meta data and financials)
  • Directly contributing to the production of monthly / quarterly portfolio reporting as required
  • Support and encourage a customer focused culture across the team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge
  • Ensuring adherence to IB PMO and Enterprise minimum governance standards
  • Support the TSA process for regional projects
  • Develop day-to-day activities in a manner consistent with the Bank’s risk culture and the relevant risk appetite statement and limits.

Communicates the Bank’s risk culture and risk appetite statement throughout the team

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have :

  • Project management
  • 1+ years of experience in Banking or Project Management
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail
  • Organization and project management skills, with the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal for interacting with offices with varying cross cultural and language differences
  • Excellent skills in powerpoint for the preparations and creation of presentations
  • Experience in CA PPM tool, Power BI and data visualization
  • Spanish language fluency is an asset
