Weare currently recruiting two Proposal Coordinators for ourorganization. One will be based in Vancouver BC and one will bebased in Mississauga ON.

EBCthinks outside the box and deploys all its knowhow to carry outmajor infrastructure projects : bridges roads highways tunnelsmarine installations.

TheProposal Coordinator position within EBCs proposal team isresponsible for the coordination development organization reviewand finalization of compelling proposals and related work winningdocuments.

Asa Proposal Coordinator you are responsible for the development andsubmission of qualification and proposal responses relateddocuments and presentations. Thisincludes :

1.Development of compliant accurate and compelling responsenarratives and graphics;and

2.Coordination and administration of proposal documents scheduleskickoffs reviews document control electronic and print submittalsand responsedata.

Youare also responsible for leading and / or supporting continuousimprovement initiatives such as boilerplate and resumedevelopment.

Thesuccessful candidate will be the lead and local MississaugabasedProposal Support person that works and coordinates with seniormembers of both the EBC national and local teams to provide supportand consistency to our brand image submission documents andapproach.

Responsibilitiesinclude :

  • Developmanage and finalize RFP RFQ and RFIsubmissions;
  • Reviewrequests (RFP RFQ RFI) and play a key role in determining documentrequirements;
  • Collaboratewith business line management business development operations andexecutive team to develop golden threads and win strategiesincorporating throughout proposaldeliverables;
  • Conductresearch to produce accurate and comprehensive proposal responsesandmessaging;
  • Provideinitial goby writeups / materials provide guidance and others asappropriate identify known and potential issues with sectionresponses;
  • Createand manage pursuit responsibility matrices defining roles deadlinesandassignments;
  • Initiateand lead proposal meetings including kickoffs status updates andreviews;
  • Followup / Checkinon submissions and ensure debriefing is scheduled andattended;
  • Finalizeand submit proposal documents asappropriate;
  • Createcompelling postbid presentationmaterials;
  • Developand maintain best practices andtemplates.

Requirements

Theideal candidate willhave :

  • Atleast 5 years of relevantexperience;
  • Strongmanagement communication negotiation and problemsolvingskills;
  • Advancedknowledge and skills in Microsoft office Suite and AdobeAcrobat;
  • Skillsin collaborating with and interviewing executives engineersconstruction managers legal designers and others to secureinformation for various writingassignments;
  • Theability to work within tight deadlines in a constantly changingenvironment;
  • Solidresearch skills and ability to dive into the details to extract keyinformation;
  • Exceptionalattention to detail organization and activelistening;
  • Theability to manage multiple projects to consistently meet highstandards and be attentive toquality.
