In this role youll getto :
- To complete allstewarding tasks as assigned and maintain the highest level ofFairmont Hotels. To keep all immediate work areas clean and freefrom debris while adhering to all health and safety procedures ofthe hotel and kitchen.
- To operate clean andgeneral maintenance of all machinery and heavy duty equipmentwithin the department including the dishwashing machine and soakingtanks
- To set up and organize the dish roomareas and keep free from hazards anddebris
- General dishwashing and cleaningduties
- Prepare coffee for banquets whenrequired
- Follow all health and safety rules asoutlined by the department and thehotel
- Ensures that all ECOSURE standards andprocesses are completed on a daily basis in his or her area of thedepartment this includes but isnt limited to filling out dailydishwasher / pot washer temperature logs
- Touphold the highest standard of Fairmont Hotels andResorts
- To complete all other duties asassigned by your directsupervisor

- Prior experience andasset
- Must be able to perform physically underpressure
- Must be able to handle a hot workingenvironment
- Must be able to operate lift pushand pull heavy equipment
