As a Collection Agent, you’ll suggest payment agreements to clients to help contribute to their financial health Join our Collection team and make a difference in people’s lives. You’ll have a positive impact on clients with your listening skills and your empathy.
Your compensation
The salary starts at $23.50 / hour with two salary increases projected in the first year. We offer a program to reimburse tuition fees.
Your role
Our Client Contact centre is open Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 a.m. to 8 : 00 p.m. You’ll work full time from Monday to Friday from 11 : 30 a.m. to 8 : 00 p.m. except during the first weeks because training takes place during the day.

Learning and development
You’ll start with a training program lasting 3 to 4 months at the office. Your on-the-job training will focus on how to help clients over the phone and you'll be supported by a trainer-coach.
