Our client, a fast-growing company in the food distribution industry located in Laval, is looking for their next Client Account Manager to support increasing demand.

Permanent position, full-time, daytime schedule

Hourly wage between $22 and $25

Start date planned for May

Responsibilities

What does a typical day look like for a Customer Service Representative?

  • Taking orders and providing customer support by phone and email
  • Upselling by suggesting new products to clients
  • Preparing invoices and quotes
  • Providing after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Market development and identifying new sales opportunities
  • Qualifications

    What you need to succeed :

  • At least 3 years of experience in a distribution or manufacturing company (B2B experience required)
  • Ability to provide trustworthy and dynamic customer service over the phone
  • Strong persuasion skills
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Knowledge of the SAGE 400 system is considered an asset
  • Experience in the food distribution industry is also considered an asset
