SAP FICO Analyst

Position: Senior SAP FICO Analyst
Location: Downtown Toronto. Hybrid: normally Tuesday/Wednesday in office; additional onsite attendance during testing, including approximately three weeks of five-day attendance in November.
Structure: Permanent full-time preferred; contract-to-hire may be considered.
Compensation: Posted base $115,000–$125,000

Overview: CorGTA is supporting a global manufacturer in hiring a hands-on Senior SAP FICO Analyst for its Toronto Enterprise Applications Team. Reporting to the Manager of Business Applications, you will support global finance users and contribute to an SAP S/4HANA 2023 transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver FICO solutions across AR, AP, Controlling, product costing, closing, reconciliation, bank integrations and group reporting.

- Support integration with MM, SD, WM and PP. Gather requirements, improve processes, prepare functional specifications and partner with ABAP developers.

- Perform unit/functional testing, support SIT/UAT and cutover, resolve production issues and follow change control.

- Maintain documentation, train users and collaborate with global business and technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years as a Business Systems Analyst with substantial hands-on SAP FICO configuration and troubleshooting.

- Practical S/4HANA 1909+ experience, strong ECC fundamentals and knowledge of newer finance capabilities; 2023 exposure especially relevant.

- Strong AR, AP, Controlling and bank integration expertise, with knowledge of product costing, financial close, reconciliation and group reporting.

- Cross-module integration, testing, communication and independent delivery skills. Computer Science/Business

- Commerce degree or equivalent experience; proficiency in Excel, Project, Word and Visio.

- HighRadius, BlackLine, EDI and related SAP applications are valuable assets.
