Job description

Job Title: SAP HANA Finance – Project Systems (FI-PS) / Capital Accounting Consultant
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced consultant to join our team as a Package Consultant specializing in SAP HANA Finance, specifically focusing on Project Systems and Capital Accounting. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong background in SAP Finance processes and a passion for delivering innovative solutions in the banking industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • SAP Project Systems (FI-PS): Hands-on experience with SAP Project Systems and its integration with Finance and Capital Accounting.
  • SAP HANA Finance – Capital Accounting: Experience supporting SAP Finance processes related to capital accounting and project financial management.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
  • On-site Availability: Ability to work on-site in Toronto, Ontario, at least 2 days per week.
  • Prior work experience in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Experience with SAP Customer Project Management (CPM).
  • Exposure to SAP Public Cloud implementations or support.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Support SAP Project Systems (FI-PS) and related Finance and Capital Accounting processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project accounting requirements and recommend appropriate SAP solutions.
  • Support integration between project systems and financial processes, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to solution implementation, testing, documentation, and ongoing support.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
