Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to lead Hosper’s marketing activities with a focus on sales support, lead generation, and engagement across two key audiences: investors and mortgage brokers. This is a hands-on role responsible for digital and email marketing to support the business development managers and investment sales account managers, HubSpot optimization, website initiatives and marketing technology integrations. This role will report directly to the CEO of Hosper Mortgage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives that support sales and business growth.
• Create targeted marketing campaigns for investors and mortgage brokers.
• Manage HubSpot, including email campaigns, automations, workflows, sequences, segmentation, and lead management.
• Review and optimize existing HubSpot processes and integrations, including integration with Mortgage Automator.
• Monitor marketing-generated leads, campaign performance, and conversion activity.
• Support paid digital advertising and SEO initiatives.
• Manage website content, updates, and development initiatives.
• Develop marketing materials and digital content using Canva.
• Work closely with sales representatives and senior management to support business development initiatives.
• Liaise with third-party marketing, technology, and other external partners.
• Manage and provide direction to one direct report plus future hires.
• Ensure appropriate care is taken when managing confidential and sensitive information.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within financial services.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including email automation, workflows, sequences, and segmentation.
• Experience with Mortgage Automator is an asset.
• Experience with email marketing, lead generation, and campaign monitoring.
• Experience managing integrations between marketing and CRM platforms.
• Working knowledge of SEO, paid digital advertising, website development, and Canva.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and project-management skills.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with sales teams, senior management, investors, brokers, and external partners.
• Sales-oriented mindset with an understanding of how marketing supports lead generation and revenue growth.
