Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our growing team in Canada, Mexico or Argentina!

Location: Canada, Mexico or Argentina (Remote)

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Angular, .NET, Aurora PostgreSQL, AWS, and Cloud technologies (mandatory skills).
• Proven experience as a senior-level Full Stack Developer / Forward Deployed Engineer, capable of working independently with minimal guidance.
• Ability to drive solutions end-to-end, from requirement analysis through architecture, development, and delivery.
• Architect-level technical expertise with a passion for hands-on coding rather than people management.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and solution development.
• Ability to work directly with Product Owners and stakeholders, clarify requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
• Solid knowledge of DevOps concepts and processes, including an understanding of infrastructure provisioning and deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts, with the ability to collaborate effectively with DevOps teams (hands-on Terraform development not required).
• Good understanding of software testing principles and quality assurance practices, while working alongside dedicated testers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, including the ability to create effective, structured prompts rather than relying on basic prompting techniques.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of contributing innovative ideas and technical recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across development, testing, DevOps, and product teams.
