Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer with 10+ years of Salesforce development experience to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and contact center solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for architecting business solutions, developing custom Salesforce functionality, managing integrations with external applications, and collaborating with business, development, release management, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, architect, develop, and deliver Salesforce solutions to support contact center business requirements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, release management, and operations teams to implement Salesforce platform-based solutions.

• Analyze and finalize functional and non-functional requirements.

• Manage Salesforce integrations with MuleSoft, DocuSign, content management platforms, and other third-party applications.

• Lead technical teams, provide technical guidance, and monitor project progress and service-level agreements (SLAs).

• Create technical design documents and develop business functionality based on defined requirements.

• Support end-to-end testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Aura components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.

• Build and enhance Salesforce Omni-Channel functionality to support contact center operations.

• Develop user interfaces and page integrations using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Configure custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, formula fields, and workflow automation.

• Identify opportunities for technical improvements and recommend alternative solution approaches.

• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams.

• Share technical knowledge, mentor team members, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience delivering enterprise applications.

• Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Aura components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.

• Experience with Salesforce backend development and Omni-Channel.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, formulas, and workflow automation.

• Experience with UI development and integration using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions for contact center business processes.

• Strong understanding of functional and non-functional requirements, technical design, and end-to-end testing.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, lead technical teams, and collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders.

• Experience working in Scrum and Agile development environments.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Financial Services Cloud implementations.

• Knowledge of Salesforce DX (SFDX) and Salesforce development tools.

• Experience integrating Salesforce with MuleSoft, DocuSign, and third-party applications using APIs.

• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git and SVN.

• Experience using Jira and Confluence.

• Experience working in multi-team Agile development environments.

• Knowledge-sharing and mentoring experience.
