Toothworks is a modern, patient-focused dental clinic network committed to delivering exceptional care through collaborative, high-performing teams. Our Brookfield Place location serves a busy professional patient base in the heart of Toronto's financial district, and we're proud of the welcoming, efficient environment we've built together.
We're looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator or Senior Dental Administrator who's ready to step into a Team Lead role — someone who thrives at the front line, leads by example, and brings both coordination expertise and a genuine passion for patient experience.
This is not a back-office management role. You'll be hands-on every day: presenting treatment plans, guiding patients through their care journey, and supporting your team to perform at their best.
