Toothworks Sterling Dental is a progressive, patient-focused clinic committed to delivering exceptional dental care in a welcoming and efficient environment. As part of the Toothworks (Dentalcorp) network, we take pride in our collaborative team culture and the high standard of experience we create for every patient.
We're looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator ready to step into a Team Lead role — someone who loves being at the front line, leads by example, and brings both clinical coordination expertise and a genuine passion for patient care.
This is not a back-office role. You'll be hands-on every day: presenting treatment plans, supporting your team, and guiding patients through their care journey with confidence and warmth.
