We are looking for a reliable Residential Cleaner to maintain a cluster of properties in Etobicoke. This is a consistent, morning-shift role with no weekends or overtime required. (Part-time Opportunity)

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Schedule: Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

ResponsibilitiesThoroughly clean lobbies, laundry room and washroom, elevator cab, garbage chute and
garbage rooms, including mopping and vacuuming of all floors, runners and furniture
using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Cleaning, and wiping of all windows, doors, trims, baseboards, walls, floors in the
common areas, including the tops of washers and dryers.
• Dust all lobby area light shades, table tops, picture frames, and elevator fans.
• Clean and polish all stainless steel.
• Ensure vacant apartments are thoroughly cleaned as per company standards and
completed on schedule as directed by property manager.
• Remove and dispose of all pamphlets and flyers from mail room, lobby area, and
garbage receptacles.
• Remove debris on every floor.
• Follow Health & Safety guidelines including WHMIS
• Identify and report urgent repairs or hazards to management
• Maintain a positive relationship with co-workers and tenants.
• Other duties as required.
