Overview
As we embark on our international expansion we aresearching for established locallybased Certified Business Coachesto support our growing client base.
The selected candidates willdeliver exceptional coaching services tailored to our clients needsaiding them in achieving their business goals and personaldevelopment.
The ideal candidate will have atleast three years of experience in business coaching withadditional experience in life coaching considered an advantage.
This role requires a dynamic individual who can provide customizedsupport to our clients helping them achieve their businessobjectives and personal growth.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Coaching &Mentoring :
- Provide oneonone andgroup coaching sessions to clients focusing on business developmentstrategy and growth.
- Tailor coaching strategiesto meet individual client needs andobjectives.
- Assist clients in setting andachieving both shortterm and longtermgoals.
- Assessment& Planning :
- Conductassessments to identify client strengths weaknesses and areas forimprovement.
- Develop personalized action plansto enhance business performance and personaldevelopment.
- Support& Motivation :
- Serve as amotivational guide by encouraging clients to overcome challengesand maintain focus on their goals.
- Providefeedback and support to help clients navigate businesshurdles.
- ProgressTracking & Reporting :
- Monitorclient progress and adapt coaching methods as needed to ensurecontinuous improvement.
- Prepare reportssummarizing client achievements and areas for furtherdevelopment.
Qualifications :
- Certified Business Coach with a recognizedaccreditation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experiencein business coaching.
- Experience in lifecoaching is advantageous.
- Strong understandingof business operations and strategicplanning.
- Excellent communication interpersonaland motivational skills.
- Ability to workindependently and manage multiple clientengagements.
