About the role

We’re looking for a Manager, Cloud Security to join our growing team!

What you'll do here :

• Be the primary point of contact between Intact and its subsidiaries in the area of cybersecurity.
• Manage your team’s activities by organizing, planning and controlling the optimal use of human, financial and material resources according to company strategies and budget planning.
• Manage individual contributors to the operational security team.
• Master and help evolve Intact’s cybersecurity regulatory framework.
• Have good command of risk indicators to communicate them to the team, apply them and contribute to their evolution.
• Develop or update the cybersecurity plans for all Intact subsidiaries.
• Prepare and regularly present a formal progress status to senior management.
• Identify and communicate synergies to implement innovative and effective security controls.
• Effectively measure the risks and know how to skillfully communicate them.
• Help build a security culture for the entire organization.
• Remain vigilant to evolving industry cybersecurity solutions and services to ensure constant protection against ongoing threats.

What you bring to the table :

• Graduate studies in a discipline related to cybersecurity or any combination of equivalent education and experience
• At least 10 years of experience working in this field
• At least 5 years of experience leading a team of cybersecurity specialists or risk analysts
• Curious, daring, empathetic and strategic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great sense of initiative, negotiation and supervision
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Focus on work relations with your partners
• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
• For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
