Investigates solutionoptions for automation and simplification of businessprocesses

Document and execute user storyacceptance tests

Provide user story and solutionsupport to teammembers

Support investigation analysis andresponse to incidents

Facilitate problem and solutionnegotiations with businessstakeholders

Ensure high quality of developmentand solution before product incrementrelease

23 years experience designing theEmployee IT Technologyexperience

34 years experience withServiceNow

34 years experience in working withwide range of Back Officeteams

35 years experience in workingacross a Agile practiceteam

5 years experience in requirementsmanagement including requirements gathering analysis and thewriting of userstories

Required Skills :

Knowledge of systemsanalysis and designconcepts

Strong interpersonal skills and theability to communicate technical information in easy to understandlanguage

Able to see and understand differentviewpoints ofstakeholders

Able to assume intellectualownership and possess strong attention to details and commitment todelivering a qualityproduct

Able to effectively lead demos andpresentation

Specific Project Requirements : The company s Small Segment team isseeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and agile Change Advisor tosupport Small Segment initiatives by developing, implementing, andevaluating strategic change requirements in this space.

The ChangeAdvisor will play a key role in ensuring employee adoption andusage. The Change Advisor will focus on the people's side of changeincluding changes to business processes, systems and technology,job roles and organization structures.

The primary responsibilitywill be creating and implementing change management strategies andplans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimizeresistance.

The Change Advisor will work with initiative teams andleaders to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization andgreater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in theorganization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROIand the achievement of results and outcomes.

Skills : Top SkillsRequired : Demonstrate specialized depth and / or breadth of expertisein change management consultancy.

Excellent facilitation skillswith ability to influence change at higher levels. Ability toquickly understand and gauge corporate climate and culture.

Excellent communication skills. Other Skills Required : Excellentproject management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Experience with change management in an Agile environment Assets : Minimum 7 years experience in employee and / or organizationaleffectiveness or change management.

Advanced knowledge oforganizational effectiveness or change management principles andpractices. Change management certification or designation.

Strongunderstanding of Financial institutions and / or previous experienceproviding change management support for financialinstitutions
