You Are :

As a SAS Data Delivery Manager, you are passionate about data and technology solutions, are driven to learn about them and keep up with market evolution.

You will play an active role throughout the entire engagement cycle, specializing in modern data solutions including designing and delivering performant Business Intelligence SAS applications to our clients by supporting our engagement teams in collaboration with the project manager.

You are enthusiastic about all things data, statistics, data mining, customer intelligence and advanced analytics. If you have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, are tech savvy and have a solid understanding of software development, then this role may be for you.

The work :

In this role, you will :

• Oversee the end-to-end processes and solutions delivery that meet business requirements approved during Design and refined during Program Increments that help support the client's SAS cloud strategy.
• Work with Business Process Owners, Senior client stakeholders, Solution Architects, and Functional leads to confirm quality in the delivery and ensure the right support is in place for a successful SAS transformation.
• Assist and Support Program leads on planning and execution for their respective scope areas such as analysis, design, development, and testing phases.
• Provide coaching to the team on process governance, end to end business process, and SAS consulting experience.
• Provide overall leadership and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the program, ensuring the Program Governance Model is in place and functioning effectively.
• Participate in project proposals and RFI and business development activities.

Here's What You Need :

• Strong working experience in an environment with SAS, with 5+ years
• Effective communication skills in both English and French
• Experience delivering various projects involving SAS Cloud Analytics technologies.
• Experience in Agile Methodology, MS Project and Visio
• Proven design and development experience as a SAS Architect or a SAS manager in complex environments
• Experience in developing using version control tools.
• Demonstrate experience in performing gap analysis and impact analysis.
• Experience supporting business users working on projects or programs involving multiple highly inter-dependent applications and / or data sources.
• Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with client organizations and lead diverse remote teams.
• Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solution.
• Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving.
• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language.

Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
