  • Personify Agile values and principles;

Guide and coach the teams and organization on :

  • The value of using Agile best practices;
  • How to get the most out of self-organization;
  • Identify critical activities and processes that could jeopardize the team’s stability and performance;
  • Support the Engineering and Support teams in their efforts to deliver value to the market;
  • Support the Product Owner, especially concerning refining and managing the product backlog;
  • Support the teams during demos, retrospectives, post-mortems or any other activities;

    • Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, or assigning or dictating the steps; Qualifications and Competencies

  • 5 years experience as Scrum Master

    • Experience in the Retail IT industry

    Strong JIRA skills

    Adapt to working with multi projects and teams simultaneously
