Job descriptionPre‑operative preparation of surgical equipment for orthopedics (THR, TKR, APU) Verification of traceability of medical devices Patient reception, identity verification, and consent documentation Preparation of the operating room to aseptic standards Assist surgeon during procedure : transmit instruments, anticipate steps, maintain sterility, conduct surgical count Manage unforeseen events (missing equipment, emergencies) Ensure communication with other departments Write surgical notes Prior patient monitoring with anesthesia team until transfer to PACU Transmission of information to postoperative care team Co‑cleaning and restocking of OR after procedure Document and trace procedures and devices used In‑depth knowledge of orthopedics anatomy and surgical techniques Mastery of aseptic and safety protocols Ability to work under pressure and within a team Vigilance and rigor in task execution More than 2 years operating room experience, especially THR / TKR DEC or bachelor’s degree in nursing Valid OIIQ license Excellent French and intermediate English Strong interpersonal and professional skills Experience in surgical assistance Knowledge of CSA, PCI, and ISO standards Over 230 professionals have chosen us for their careers State‑of‑the‑art clinics Secure, growing company Largest network of private clinics in Quebec Modern laboratory with same‑day results Multiple medical services including family medicine, specialist medicine, and two operating rooms Full‑time, Mid‑Senior level Health Care Provider, Medical Practices
