We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Key Responsibilities : *
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our customer service procedures and policies.
- Qualifications : *
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using customer support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
