Location : Toronto Canada ( 3 days onsite / week)

Skills :

Facilitating Scrum ceremonies : The Scrum Master ensures that all Scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, are conducted effectively and efficiently.

They help the team to stay focused and aligned with the goals of each ceremony.

Removing obstacles : The Scrum Master identifies and resolves any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the progress of the Scrum team.

They work closely with the team and stakeholders to address these issues and ensure smooth and uninterrupted development.

Guiding and coaching the team : The Scrum Master acts as a coach and mentor to the Scrum team, guiding them on how to apply Agile and Scrum principles effectively.

They assist team members in self-organizing and finding solutions to problems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Promoting collaboration : The Scrum Master encourages collaboration and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.

They facilitate team discussions, encourage feedback, and ensure that everyone is working together towards a common goal.

Monitoring and reporting progress : The Scrum Master tracks the progress of the team's work during each sprint and reports it to the Product Owner and stakeholders.

They provide visibility into the team's velocity, backlog, and any issues that may affect the delivery of the product.

Continuous improvement : The Scrum Master promotes a culture of continuous improvement within the team. They facilitate retrospectives, where the team reflects on their performance and identifies areas for improvement.

The Scrum Master helps the team implement changes and adapt to new ways of working.

Ensuring adherence to Scrum principles : The Scrum Master ensures that the team is following the Scrum framework and adhering to Agile principles.

They help the team understand and embrace the values of Agile, such as transparency, collaboration, and adaptability.

Candidate should have experience in Azure, Java
