Responsibilities:

Design intuitive, user‑centered interfaces for web‑based applications
Translate UX concepts, wireframes, and prototypes into functioning front‑end code using HTML, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript
Create and refine UX artefacts including wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
Support content updates and page maintenance using WordPress or similar CMS platforms
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle
Ensure designs adhere to accessibility, usability, and web standards
Conduct design iterations based on feedback, usability insights, and technical constraints
Participate in Agile or waterfall delivery processes as part of application teams

Desired Skills:

Experience designing interfaces for public‑facing or enterprise web applications
Experience working in health, health‑IT, or regulated environments
Familiarity with design systems and reusable component libraries
Experience collaborating closely with development teams in Agile environments
Understanding of cross‑browser compatibility and performance considerations
Experience applying WCAG or accessibility best practices
Strong visual design sensibility combined with technical problem‑solving skills

UX design experience using Adobe XD or similar wireframing tools
